Business moving forward with D-M-H-T-T-A

Breaking through the challenge of the “New normal” era. No one knows when the Covid-19 epidemic, which has changed people’s normal life to the New normal, is going to end. This has become a daunting challenge striking every part of the world, especially business. The great challenge drives initiatives and new process which have resulted in implementing the measure called D-M-H-T-T-A;
D – Distancing → keep a distance of at least 2 meters between each other.
M – Mask → wear a mask (either single-use or re-use) every time you leave your house.
H – Hand washing → frequently wash your hands.
T – Testing temperature → measure your temperature.
T – Test for COVID-19 → in case of experiencing any symptoms or if you have been in contact with a confirmed patient or you have been to a high-risk area, you should be tested for COVID-19.
A – Application → rigidly use Thaichana and MorChana application.

     

According to the new way of life or so called the New normal, in the purpose of hygiene and reassurance in your business. Your business must go on. Especially, the provinces that are tourist attractions of Thailand. Over 70% of the residents in those provinces will be vaccinated to create a herd community. For instance, the Phuket Sandbox model which the D-Day will begin on 1st July 2021, this action is planned in order to boost tourism. Hotels organize promotions to attract people and to revitalize touristic business. The Phuket sandbox is going to be an example place where vaccinated tourists are welcome without quarantine, but the tourists must stay in Phuket at least 14 days. Also, both business owners and tourists must strictly follow the measures. This is for an overall safety.

How can you ensure your guests their safety and hygiene while maintaining hospitality?

• Rigorously follow the D-M-H-T-T-A measure. Increase confidence in living a new normal life, for example, by using a disinfection mat like Kleen-Sanitize at any checkpoints or using a designed mat collection with a message “Avoid virus” as a safety reminder.
• Gain “SHA+” (SHA Plus) the certification sign for hoteliers. This sign is a symbol of the safety tourism standard issued by Tourism Authority of Thailand and Ministry of Public Health in order to confirm the safety and hygiene measures for the qualified hoteliers.
• Taking advertising to the next level, putting an awareness and creating a great impression of your brand by welcoming your guests with a Logo mat or a unique designed mat by Kleen-Tex. Not only it’s a great way to advertise your business but it’s also a high-quality, dust-trapping and anti-slip mat.

Business can go on if only everyone cooperates. Individual discipline is vital. Follow the instructions from Ministry of Public Health wherever you are. We would like to see the Phuket Sandbox project succeed and expand to more provinces.
